AIRPORT-TAXI:
We offer an airport taxi service from and to Lisbon airport. One-way rates are € 55,- for up to 3 persons and € 80,- for up to 7 persons. Boards or bikes go for free if you let us know in advance. Meeting point: Please take the left ramp on leaving the baggage claim area and stepping into the public arrival area. This will lead you down to a Starbucks. The taxi driver will await you at the end of the ramp in front of the Starbucks, holding a sign saying „Star Pine Lodge“. Please ensure we have your correct flight details and your mobile number. In case of any problems, you can always reach us at +351 960 388 338(rede movel nacional).
PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
From the Airport: From Lisbon airport, you can take the Red Metro Line (Linha Vermelha) to Oriente station (3 stops). On the upstairs train level, you catch the train to Sintra (44 min): https://www.cp.pt/passageiros/en (Put From Oriente and To: Sintra to get the train schedule for your respective date.) From Lisbon Centre: If you are already staying in Lisbon before coming to Star Pine Lodge, the easiest is to take the train to Sintra from ROSSIO train station in the center of Lisbon. https://www.cp.pt/passageiros/en (Put From Rossio and To: Sintra to get the train schedule for your respective date.) We offer free pick-ups from Portela de Sintra (second to last stop) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. For this, we need to know your estimated arrival time latest 48 hrs before. We then need you to call us from the train +351 960 388 338 (rede movel nacional), to confirm your exact arrival time! Please get off at the second to last station PORTELA de SINTRA. On arrival, you have to cross under the tracks through the pedestrian tunnel to the other side. This is where our driver will pick you up and take you to Star Pine Lodge. If you arrive by train outside our pick-up times, you can get to us from Sintra Station by taxi (+/- 20,- €) or by Uber (+/- 15,- €).
RENTAL CAR:

Leaving Lisbon airport, you need to get on the „2a circular“ to Sintra/ IC 19/ Eixo NS. You follow the 2a circular/ IC 19/ A 37 direction Sintra for about 20 km till the exit to A 16, Sintra/ Mafra/ Ericeira. On the A 16, you take exit 8 to Sintra/ Colares and go straight. In the roundabout next to the Sintra train station you take the 2nd exit and follow the road. After the road turns right, you take the 2nd exit off the next roundabout and just follow the winding road all the way to Colares for about 8 km. After passing a little BP gas station in Colares, you turn right and follow this road for about 1,5 km. At a big Tele Pizza sign next to a roundabout you turn left towards Praia Grande, and after about 300m take the second left („Estrada do Rodizio“). You have reached Star Pine Lodge after about 50m on the right side.
